Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of vidforge (“the app”), operated by Huynh Nguyen under the Vidforge Studio name. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The app is a personal tool that helps its owner create short videos and publish them, after manual review, to the owner’s own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and TikTok account through the platforms’ official APIs.
2. Your accounts
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect them at any time. How we handle account data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for every video you approve and publish, including its accuracy and legality.
- You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s terms and policies, and TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You must have the rights to all media used in your videos.
4. AI-generated content and disclosures
Videos may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. You agree to label such content where a platform requires or supports it, and to disclose affiliate links and paid promotions as required by law and platform policy.
5. Availability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may change, be interrupted or stop at any time, and it depends on third-party platforms whose availability we do not control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or accounts, arising from use of the app or from actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if the app is used in breach of these Terms or of platform policies.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect on the effective date shown at the top of this page.
